Effect: The user creates an illusion to a single person he touches that the world around them is chaos. The people he sees become zombies, the buildings engulfed in hell-flame, etc. The effect doesn't come into play until two posts after it is casted. Any non-important NPC becomes engulfed in fear even after the duration ends, and the effects are more permanent unless they are convinced of there insanity through long term treatment or magical interference.

This falls under the category of illusion. You visibly affecting what another person is seeing, and altering their perceptions of reality.

Can you move while invisible? If so, is the invisibility affected in any way?

Yes, and you see a glimmer when he moves (like in Halo).

That's going to be a no. I've barked up this tree before: invisibility is expensive, even if only for a turn. Especially for the fact that you still have full movement. You could essentially assassinate somebody like this, and there is very little they can do to prevent it. For 10 mp to cause an illusion that can somehow plumb the depths of one's psyche and bring out something they fear while simultaneously turning you invisible and letting you retain full movement control would not only be far more expensive than this, but would be considered overpowered. You'll not only need to raise the cost but be rendered immobile.

What is the range that you can spawn this from your location? How close does a person need to be in order to be affected by this? Is the figure a solid apparition (tangible)? Can it be destroyed?
